By accessing our website, placing an online order, using our digital ordering system, or receiving transactional WhatsApp/SMS notifications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Services & Ordering

• Bombay Falooda provides an online food ordering platform for fresh faloodas, rabdi desserts, milkshakes, kulfis, and related confectionery items.
• All orders placed through our digital storefront or counters are subject to item availability and confirmation by our local store branch.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including ingredient unavailability, technical errors in pricing, or delivery area limitations.

3. Pricing and Payments

• All item prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Online payments are processed securely via authorized third-party payment aggregator partners, including Cashfree Payments.
• We support multiple payment methods including UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and digital wallets.
• We do not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI banking credentials on our servers.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Please refer to our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy. Orders cancelled before preparation are eligible for a 100% refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Delivery & Pickup

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for delivery timeframes, service areas across Vadodara, and pickup guidelines. While we make every effort to deliver within estimated times, delays due to adverse weather or heavy traffic may occasionally occur.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, brand names, recipes, images, and content displayed on this website are the property of Bombay Falooda and its proprietor SAMIM SHAIKH. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
